What new members think about HaGG

Whenever you are thinking of doing something new, it’s useful to know what other people think.

Luckily, some of our newer members would like to tell you how they feel about the group. Here’s what they have to say...

'This is a very friendly, relaxed group in a mix of age, experience and backgrounds. Go along-enjoy; without feeling any apprehension-you will be made very welcome-for me-I wish I had discovered the group 3 years ago when I moved to the area'

'We first went to HaGG about ten months ago. We went to give moral support to a friend of ours, enjoyed it so much we carried on going!

We have found it to be so much more than the Wednesday meeting. It is nice to go to the cinema with other people. To go to the Pink Picnic, Calderdale Pride or just out on a Saturday night is so much better, and a good laugh.

You will soon feel like you belong especially when invited on a group walk with Phil or to Pete’s garden party'
